that’s disgraceful. I’m having my two front wings sprayed for £700 plus vat. Ofcourse I’ve had other much higher quotes. One was £2400 plus vat. Gave me some chat about the number of labour hours involved. I think they see the car and put the price up. This chap I’m using works on anything. old school,does an excellent job and Finnish. With ref to to the clutch change. Labour is at £75 an hour.some at £85. I haven’t even gone to an Aston dealership.so I can’t imagine what the hourly rate is there.
