Vantage GT8 Video Review
Supposedly that exhaust is pre-production and likely to change. But there are plenty that are close to it, and some that are also titanium. I'm pretty sure the GT8 production exhaust can be acquired once available, though.
Auto Express did a review:

Gotta say, it's one hell of a car. But 165k GBP (235k USD) is a tall order!

I have to say that despite the price, on watching the video I did still feel a little regret at turning one down!

A standard GT with basic mods will be faster in a straight line. For hat price and they don't even offer CCB brakes is nuts. They should have thrown them in for free
It's cool, but not worth the price, even from a collector stand point. A Vantage V12S would murder it dynamically and those are $140-150 on eBay all day long

If $/bhp (or some other metric) were the only rationale for buying a car, we'd all be driving Mustang GT 350s (or some other neo-classic revival muscle beast).
Seems AM had no problem making the value proposition to all of the people necessary. Don't want one? Not a problem.
I worry much more about the Vanquish. A genuinely brilliant car which seems to languish at its hoped for price and is about to be shamed out of the show room by the DB11. Aston certainly misses the mark at times, but this limited Vantage run seems to have scratched the right itches.
I'm happy to know how much exercise the engineers at Gaydon get with all of the limited edition runs they produce. It just makes them better at wringing more power and goodness out of the next one.
GO ASTON, GO!!!!
It has a lovely noise!
Value for money/$ per bhp isn't the ONLY rationale for buying a car, Ibis, but I agree with other posters that it's hard to ignore the crazy price of this thing.
007, I have a V12VS and in fairness, I am not sure it would "murder" this car dynamically. In fact, I suspect the GT8 would handle corners a bit better, with its lower mass and better balance.

In terms of GT8, the ones I saw were gorgeous, although a good amount of them did not have the aero pack. Less weight is always better than more hp, My scud has less hp than a v12vs but at around 3000lbs is a blast to drive.
Price point on this car makes no sense. It looks terrific (except for the rear wing imho) but the engine should have been the v12 making 600 bhp.
That might not have the same front to rear balance, but I would not care. I believe you buy this car for the statement it makes, and in order to make that statement it needs more than 430 bhp
My 2 cents
