the initial hit is likely to be rather drastic, but this will effect the UK economy for quite some time. until the negotiations have been worked out with the EU, the UK will likely be in constant state of flux. once the initial shock wears off, some stability should return. the unknown will be during and post negotiations. they will have to strike all new deals with everyone.
