Why I went for H&R Spacers?
- I didn't want to replace or modify the existing OEM studs.
- H&R spacer are approved by the German TÜV what means they are tested for safety.
- Getting the certification for TÜV is most likely the most cost for spacer production. H&R were significant cheaper than the competition.
- 23 mm is 100% flush with the fender in the rear.
- 15 would have been better on the front for optic but as mentioned above, I rather keep the OEM studs.
Here a recent picture with spacers:
Hey guys,
Just had some custom spacers made to these specs. There are holes in the back of the OEM wheels but they **JUST** don't allow the original hub bolts to slide into them. Did you guys end up shaving down the original bolts (I don't really want to do that)?
I'm thinking of enlarging the existing holes (where the red arrow is in attached pic). Have any of you done this and if so how did you do it??
