Trunk / Boot Lights Not Working

The lights in my trunk have stopped working and I have no idea why. I tried to replace the bulbs, check the fuses, and check the cables but all seems alright. The cabin lights work just fine. Took it to the Aston dealer and they say that the Central Control Module is receiving the signals indicating the trunk is open, but they are not sure if the signals to turn on the lights are being received by the trunk lights.

Anyone have any idea what may be the issue?

Check the grounds. Haven't had this issue on an Aston but I've seen the ground be the root of problems like this.
