Has anyone removed all the front dash panels?

I found someone who will replace the leather on my panels, but only if I take out the panels.

I have read how to take off the center panel and passenger side panels, but have not seen anythin on the drivers side, except I know the top panel pops off.

 

I'm positive step-by-step instructions for the driver's side had been posted here before, I thought they were embedded in the "how do you remove this panel thread", but I can't find them now.
