Middle panel of my 957 pano roof cracks twice in 3 months.. Ideas?

Like the title says: I bought my 957 used in June 2016. As part of the sale, the dealer replaced a cracked center panel of the 3-panel pano roof.

Since then, I have driven the car for maybe 1000 miles and only opened the roof once. Yestewrday, i notice again sever cracking in the same center panel...

Before I have this panel replaced again, I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and what the fix was.
The car 'sleeps' outside in a secure location. Temperatures in Amsterdam have been warm but it's not exactly like Death Valley, and the temperature swings are not huge either (besides, that should not be enough to crack a glass roof).

Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions are welcome. I'll try to attach pics.

Same thing happened to me. I had mine replaced via CPO. Perhaps do an XPel protection on the new one to try to prevent.

I would think there is something out of alignment on the mechanism. Someone here mentioned once that they are a pain to sort out when they get out of whack. I'd definitely be having the dealer check it out.

It doesn't look like there is an impact point and if it was that way before you bought then it's not likely something dropping or falling on it anyway.

Thanks all,

Not only was it like that when I looked at it during the purchase, but that exact same panel was changed as part of the sale and then it cracked again within 2 months, with only light use of the car and virtually no use of the pano roof...

Definitely a dealer check...

KTI is infamous around these parts
Roof might be tweaked? So it puts pressure on the glass, so over time it cracks. That's my guess.

Its like having an aquarium placed on an uneven surface so certain area has more pressure, over time the glass will crack.

My aquarium cracked cause the wood stand surface wasn't perfectly flat, so I got about 50 gallons of water on my living room.

+1 ^^^^^ The roof could be tweaked. Any accident history?
