How much db does the noise (sound) improve with the car delete?
Do you mean as compared to stock or to sport cats?

Are you testing this on the car or are you doing this with a compressor on a bench as those number do not seem to me to be accurate for a real world test.

so, with cat delete and stock exhaust...what would you say the noise increase is in and outside the cabin? Playing around with different options. also, if we have a tune from you, would the tune need to be updated with the cat delete?

Yes and no, testing exhaust flow in a given circumstance, does not test flow the way a car puts out exhaust, which is starts and stops and not flowing constantly which is what the bench test does. Bench tests will definitely show you if you are making gains, but they are examples only and should not be taken as a end all, be all test.

MUCH louder. 200 cell cats with a stock back box is pretty loud. Deletes are not going to be for most people.
Depends what tune you have from us and what was specified at the time. If you do need an update and already have our tuning, the update is free anyway
