Secondary cat delete on the cheap!
#17
Nope, the O2 sensor is associated with the 1st cats. The secondary is just a redundant system. Deleting the secondary cats will not cause a check engine light.

Don,
I will be in Charlotte the weekend of the 19th of Dec. I will have my DB9 with the deletes there. So you can hear it in person if you like. Plus you will see all the other Mods that are going into it that you may one day want. Keep an eye on the "A Special Homecoming" thread for that info. But you likely will want these deletes.

I wish I had that capability. I wanted to have the cats off my 03 Cobra welded into the Vantage. I have used Exhaust Specialties in Portland for years. I called them to discuss it and there were a couple of points made I was unaware
1) We cannot install used cats into anything
2) We can only install into a vehicle they are designed for
That you can do your own work is outstanding. Will you try the primaries?
