Thanks, I use the sticker for now to see how it would look like but I was thinking to get the logo laser engraved and painted either black or dark grey and then 3 x coat of clear. I will probably also wet sand the clear and polish everything back to a nice shine.

Was looking through my picture and found one of the inside of the driver door before I started, you can see all the scratches...

Original with all the scratches

How did you get your latch handle out?

Going to do mine, but I am going the re-spray route, but I think I am going to do a different color, just not sure which color yet.

Randyb, if you look at post 18 you will see that there is a pin that is pushed from under, you just have to force it out... be careful as the pin goes through the spring, I use a long nose pair of vise gripe. one side was a little harder to get out then the other, good luck

Any pics installed?

Still can't figure out what color I want to do, so I might go with a bared look also.

The parts are going to the Powder Coating shop tomorrow, going to get those clear powder coat to protect them. I will also get my hood and fender mesh done in black along with the 6 slate grill and side stalk. If I get time to remove my rear bumper tonight, my muffler tips are also getting done. Should have all those back in about 1 week and have all the car back together in about 10-15 days just in time for May....

Well all my parts are back from Powder coating so here is a few pictures, remember these parts (arm rest) are cast and not made to be polished so you might get different result with different parts. Mine shows a little cloud in area (can't really see it in the picture and only if you pay close attention) but I am somewhat happy with the results specially with what I started with. If I was to re-do it again, I might get the parts plated (nickel or something similar look to aluminum) and then get it powder coated to get a hard and durable finish. It was a fun project that didn't cost too much as it was mostly elbow grease but I enjoyed it. Thanks all for looking and if you have any questions let me know.

really makes you realize how subtle changes make worlds of difference!

btw, those pics are the worst. turn off your flash and adjust the brightness/exposure on the phone

Absolutely beautiful. Very well done. It looks like it matches the trim around the shifter and the DBS shift ****.

I wouldn't be able to say as I am still waiting for my V8S/V12S side sills from the paintshop and it has been raining here forever... As soon as the weather gets better and finish to get all my parts back I will take better pictures and be able to report back on glare if any. From my point of view, I like the look as I found the doors were very dark specially with my windows tint, now it is easy to see the door pull
