Does anyone know this car
The truck just brought the Aston. Spent the last hour in the garage looking at it and drying it off. It was raining when it came. It looks pretty good and will look a whole lot better after I take the clear bra off and spend a few days doing touch up and paint correction. I'll post some pictures as I proceed. Thanks for all the responses.

Today the first thing was the removal of the clear bra. It did it's job. There were marks in the clear bra but not into the paint. It came off very easy. It had yellowed so it had to go. Next detailed under the hood. Then on to the wheels. I took the wheels off cleaned and waxed both the front and the back of them. Before putting them back on I cleaned the wheel wells and painted the hubs. Tomorrow I'll start the paint correction. I do enjoy my time in the garage.
Sounds like a nice project. I like cleaning my GT. Since I got home from my Napa trip (we were caught in the rain). I have spent 4 hours cleaning my car, top and bottom. A lift is a must, at least for me. I can't wait the see some photos of your car when it is done.

Drove the Aston down to a friend's house to go to the race in Daytona. Put it in his garage and we took his VW to the track. Finally got to drive it and see it in the sunshine since detailing it. What a wonderful car. So much nicer than the last Vantage I had. The previous owner was a fanatic as far as taking care of his cars like me. Oh and the 480 million dollars that the spent on the speedway was well worth it. If you get a chance the stands at Daytona are really something to see.

Very cool to have photos of the build. I had photos of my 2005 Elise and 2011 Evora build from Lotus. It has always been my dream to go to a factory and watch my car get built. Oh well I will have to just be happy with owning my 2016 Vantage GT. These are first world problems.
