Oh, come on. Peyton is the best. Unlike most jocks, Peyton is funny and completely comfortable on television. He could walk into any TV job tomorrow if he wanted. Why criticize him for being good at endorsements and earning a couple of bucks as well.?

Peyton was a great quarterback, he does good commercials, he's got skills, he's personable, funny, smart, it's not a slight against him to say, he's an endorsement *****. But that leads to overload when every 10th commercial had Peyton pitching something, and no current "jock" pitches as many products as he does. I'm not sure if you've noticed but you see him far less these days. I don't know if that's his decision or one from the companies that pay him, or maybe he's in the middle of shooting 20 new commercials for everything from Buick, to Nationwide, to some toenail fungus cream that will all air next month.

Either way the comment was meant to compare Brady who doesn't do very many endorsements [Gillette [although he never shaves], Beautyrest [although who wants to sleep with a Bundchen next to you!], UA and Uggs], but I rarely see him in a commercial [ok, he was just on again in that Beautyrest spot]. I will look forward to seeing him in an Aston spot, but I don't think we'll ever see a TV advertising campaign from Aston in NA. I could be wrong.

HA I saw his Vanquish at Newport Beach when I was there. He probably dropped it off and picked up his 11. Not like he has to pay for them

Tacky, distinctly uncool and coming across as a bit desperate, like many celebrity endorsements. Still, not as bad as Victoria Beckham and Land Rover, or worse, Swizz Beats and Lotus

Tom Brady is a class act all the way. I would be very impressed if he knows anything about cars though.

I passionately dislike the Patriots, especially Robert Kraft. But I respect the players.

I think it was a very smart move on AM's part. Other than Sean Connery or Daniel Craig, I can't think of anyone else who can fill the role.

He doesn't have to know anything about cars to pick colors and details to make it what he wants. It's not like he did any engineering.

It will come with under inflated tires though.

Holy Cow that's a pretty car! I can't believe it's only $360K. Does anyone know if that includes the umbrella?

I will retell this story because it is so appropriate for this thread on Tom Brady.
I was at a mall last weekend. As I returned to my Vantage, (parked in an open area) a young 30's something woman saw me walking towards my car and asked if it was my car. I said yes. She then asked if it 'was the one that Tom Brady endorsed'. I said yes. She then said 'I love Tom Brady' and 'Can I take a picture of it'. I said yes. She took a couple of pictures and walked away saying 'I love Tom Brady". I'm not sure if she even knew what make of car it was---or even cared. The Tom Brady endorsement is be fine but I'm not sure how many cars it will sell.

I was going to comment on it earlier because that's the proof in the pudding. Chicks love him. I'll guarantee no woman has ever gone up to a Buick Regal and asked "is this the car Payton drives? I love that Manning XOXOXO!"

He was the perfect spokesman for the US, his role will grow over the years and he'll be with them a long time. As much as I hate the Bellicheats Brady exudes class, he's a stud, and the all American high profile dreamboat. I consider the DB11 a chick car, and I'm betting the new Vantage is a mans car. Reference the AM Residences video clip, there's always a woman driving the DB11

I use to live near Tom Brady and have never seen him driving around. I have seen other Patriots at the local AM dealer; TB must stop in now and then too?
