new to Aston, opinions, questions

hi,
I am new to this forum and new to Aston Martin, but always my dream car. Just got a 2007 V8 Vantage.
Car is 42.000 miles and it cost 39.000
It has:
Larini aftermarket exhaust
clear tailights
integrated radar detector
lots off interior parts wrapped in carbon vinyl
Mansory rear deck spoiler painted in body color
RSC fiber carbon rear diffuser
5 spoke 20' aftermarket wheels
This is all I could see on the car when test drove it. I am waiting to get it an put in on the lift to see if any other mods were made (suspension... etc)
I welcome all opinions and help.
Also I have some questions. Feel free to answer, recommend or tell me your opinion.
1. Looking for a custom fit sun shade
2.Car cover, looking for inside cover ( was looking at Coverking )
3.Carbon fiber. V Collection has a lot off nice stuff. Would like to know if somebody recently order from OYA and have any updated price list.

Also can't figure it out how to post pics of the car to get your thoughts.

thank you all for your time

Congratulations and welcome Simion. I got my car cover from classic additions. I think it was about $500-600. It's perfect. Here's a link showing it:

Congrats. There are a couple threads on here about covers. I just received my cover from Classic Additions for my 2013. Cost $400. Fits tight and is nice and soft. They make the covers you get from Aston so fit well.

+1 for Classic Addition covers. They are amazing and will make them to fit your year and model perfectly. To post pictures I usually put a picture on photobucket. Then copy it and paste it to the thread. Very easy to do.

There are usually plenty of original Aston covers for sale used for reasonable pricing.

GET V COLLECTION Cf. There have been threads covering OYA and others, and they typically have fitment issues where V Coll promises exact fitment. Their workmanship on the CF is stellar. I got the DB9 lip and diffuser from them and was nicely surprised at the quality. Allow for 6-8 weeks for delivery though. They make to order.

Pay the extra, you wont be disappointed.

Check to see if your timing cover gasket is leaking, or was replaced and how long ago. They typically go out between 15k and 18k. But, Rich at Redpants just posted his that was done 20k miles ago is now seeping again. So take a look and see. About a 3-4k repair, I think. Depending on where is done.

Congrats, sounds like you got a nice one.
