Hi S/D...I hope well! Funny but according to Grants book 09 are three times faster shifting then a manual...newer models are 6 times faster...lol

Just think...as AM motors get more powerful only a true automatic will be used and the semi auto discontinued...probably only v12v will be only manual for awhile....new motor trend review gives a preview on the AM models.

Great you could sort out the problem, makes perfect sense. I guess some WD40 on the brake pedal mechanism sortet it.
I have heard of misadjusted brake switches causing problems and squeaky brake and clutch pedals but never of one not going up the full way. Interesting and I learnd a bit more about our cars.
