New Owner questions

Hello-

I just purchased my very first Aston Martin (2007 V8 Vantage 6MT 24,000 miles). I am in love with it!

The previous owner has installed an after market bluetooth device, which connects through FM radio. No visible wires and all connected under the dash. Looks like a very professional job and I found this LED switch that's connected to something to make this thing work. Connects to both phone and separately plays music also.

Does anybody know what this connects to? Maybe the name? I'm trying to understand it so I can connect my iPhone properly.

Thanks

Might be an electronic by-pass to turn on and off the muffler sound.
