DB9 Window dropdown trouble

A few months back when covering my car the drivers window caught the cover near the roof and the a-pillar when I closed the door. Very thin cover, but the window dropdown feature needed to be reset afterwards. Now it needs to be reset almost every time I use the car. When I do it it's fine for the day. But the next day I have to do it again. I had the ECU checked at a local shop just to see if it was throwing a code and it wasn't. Not sure where to look next and would really like to avoid the dealer if possible. Any suggestions?

My passenger window did this for awhile. The dealer reflashed the door module and it's been fine since then.
