Acc Socket Dead

The ACC Socket in my 2009 V8V is dead. It is the one in the main cubby with the aux and ipod connectors...The one in the little ash tray area works, as does the one in the boot area.

i checked fuse F55 in the cabin fuse box and the F2 one in the rear fuse box...

Any thoughts?

I would look under the console to see if one of the wire got pinch and possibly cut or just unplugged

Acc Socket Dead SOLVED

Solved the problem, just in case others have this problem...In Owner's Manual Fuse F63 says "Not Available"

However in Workshop manual Circuit Diagrams, Page 9 of 17, "Driver Operated Auxilary Systems" Fuse F63 is called out for the "Socket Front Cubby Box." Sure enough the fuse was blown!

I don't see anything that leaves that high

Trunk box goes to 22
Under Bonnet box goes to: 34

I have the same issue with my aux plug and got excited about potential fix :-/

Later models do not show the cabin fusebox in the owners book. You need to remove the aluminum panel under the passenger carpet footwell 7 screws 30torx.

The clip wasn't plugged in :-/

I recently had the Bluetooth module upgraded, along with other minor service details... guess they forgot to reclip the accessory plug
