anyone installed the Akrapovic muffler pipes on his Vantage and could share a picture here?
Which size is needed to fit perfectly?

Stock exhaust tips mount to the body panel the Akrapovics mount to an exhaust pipe. One could make them work but you're probably not going to like the outcome. You could buy the cheap knock off ones from Ebay and try.

All you need is some nice Chinese Carbon Covers!

I havent installed them on the car yet, but this is what i have done so far with some 89mm Covers

You will need to cut a line down the back so they pull apart more to create a bigger diameter to slide over, but i think the outcome for a few ££ is good

 

Can you get those without the Akrapovic branding?

 

I think it will look a little weird as our pipe are angle sideway not up and down like that one... Please put pictures when you are done but I don't think it will look as good as you would like

 

This is the issue i have noticed!!!........

Will put them on just for a picture on the weekend, but think they will come off straight away!!!
