I did a lot of research on the warranty and the overall reliability of the car before I dropped the $8k on it. Based on my research, it seems like half the people had to have it and the other half would rather set aside the $8k for potential repairs. That's why I tried to frame the sale in the way I did with regards to offering it separately. As it turns out, I have never had to use the warranty and the car has been super reliable! OP has been updated to reflect price with and without warranty. Thanks for the feedback thus far.
Updated listing the maintenance records under my ownership. Washed the car yesterday and cleaned and conditioned the leather today. Will be taking and posting updated pictures later tonight.
Wanted to show some pictures of cosmetic blemishes. Some rock chips on the hood, scraping on front splitter, rock chips on the rear quarter panel (mainly on clear bra), and some paint chipping off the side view mirror arms.
