V8 Vantage S pricing

They seem to have floored around the $60k mark. Searching on cargurus, autotrader, autolist, the only ones lower than $60k either seem to be above 30k in mileage or having some carfax/history issues. Think this is the floor for them?

I was at a car event this weekend where some director (not sure what his exact role was) of Aston Martin North Americas was discussing with us how they're projecting the AM V8VS to see a spike in appreciation on the used car market when the modern Vantages start to be delivered. They're likening this to the increased value Porsche 997s saw when the 991s started hitting the streets. Again, just speculation, but interesting to watch.
