Vantage Rear View Mirror Back up Camera
I own a 2009 Vantage roadster. When the top is up (rarely) it is very hard to see what is behind when backing. About 5 years ago I saw a writeup by a forum member who installed backup and forward cameras in his DBS. To do this, he used a unit that came from Vovtech.eu. I purchased one of these units from them for about $300. My son and I installed it. It was't difficult. No modifications were made to the car except for replacing the cigarette lighter in that center cubby with a rocker switch (Amazon). The system is fully integrated with the factory based Volvo GPS system. It's essentially a plug and play installation. When shifting into reverse the rear camera automatically displays a rear view on the GPS screen with colored distance lines. The front camera can be turn on with the rocker switch which aids in parking. The unit works like a charm. I think there was a point where Aston dealers offered these as an accessory for several thousand dollars.

Lots of different schemes to get front and rear cameras installed.
I didn't want to use and wait on the old screen soo opted for something else. No disassembly of car or dash required.
Glad your system works for you.
