Cayenne - Valentine One Rear View Mirror

BeastPower is now a proud sponsor of 6speedonline.com. We would like to let everyone here know about the Valentine One rear-view mirror that we make for the Porsche Cayenne and several other sports-cars/sports-sedans. The Lidatek laser echo system's transponder LEDs are also built into the mirror display. The Cayenne mirror is the non auto-dimming model that comes with the Cayenne S. If you have a Cayenne Turbo, you can also use this mirror, as the mount is the same.

Remote Volume/Control/Mute **** with built-in speaker. Can be used with the Cayenne rear-view mirror:

We also have mirrors for the 996 and Boxster.

Cheers.

We have just significantly lowered the pricing on the Cayenne mirrors. Please send me a PM or e-mail (beastpower@beastpower.com) for a quote.

Cheers.

Help me understand how this works... If the V1 is mounted up on the windshield for maximum sensitivity, why do you need the mirror if the unit is close enough for you to see the display. Now if you could find a way to disassemble the V1 and hide the receiver that would be another story. As it stands now this setup appears to work the same as the V1 remote display unit with the remote being the in the mirror while the main unit goes dark. Am I correct? I keep my V1 high on the windshield to the right of the mirror and then placed the remote display unit on the dash are above the steering column below the tach. I'm not trying to harsh on your gig here but if the V1 is mounted next to the mirror, why not just look at the V1 itself?

makes no sense to me actually, as long as you can't hide the v1 unit

This setup is available with auto dimming for many cars at www.radar-mirror.com. Also it looks like there's no etching, they have some kind of special glass and the display disappears if you turn it off.
