DBS 5 double spoke wheels need re-clearing

Hi Guys, Believe it or not, I found a set of 19" DBS Double spoked rims for sale on Craigslist. Seller claims they are off a 2013 and have only 5K miles on them. Problem is the guys wife took it though the car wash and now the clear is flaking off the of the machined face. I had a look and there is no pitting or discoloration on the exposed surfaces. I've had a set of these reconditioned myself and although they look nice the original halo effect of the factory finish is impossible to reproduce (from my experience). Does anyone have a correction for this issue other than media blasting, re machining the face, repainting the window panes and re-clearing the whole piece?

Wonder how the rotors fared going thru a car wash if the wheels were damaged?!

Many of these refinishing shops take too much material off when they resurface the face. I might be better off with what I already have...

He didn't mention anything about the rotors, He did say that he went to a 20 inch wheel and that it had low miles,.but that's about it.
