One small point of contention - the Carfax shows absolutely zero service history... and dealer indicated they simply checked fluids to make sure they were full and everything works okay with no lights. Oh, and "To be on the safe side it wouldn't hurt to change the oil and fluids." Ugh.
Granted, it only has 4200 miles...
If the car was serviced at Aston would there be record of it, and how could get visibility on it?

In my experience, Aston dealers do not share service records; only recalls. Your best bet is to try and call the previous owner. Look on Facebook and Linkedin; you may be able to find them. Previous owner of my Evora found me. If only he found me sooner, I could've saved him a lot of money. I gave the selling dealer all my receipts. I bet they must've thrown them out and the new owner had no idea...

You car doesn't have many miles, so not much would be missing if there was no service ever. So, I take it there are no dealer stamps in your owner's manual? I don't stamp my manual either, but do have the dealer print out my records when it comes time for the next owner to take the reigns.

On my SLK55 I bought used from a Porsche dealer, they did not erase the entertainment system data and the previous owner and their phone numbers were still stored. I sent them a letter asking if they had the service records, but no response. If it was an Aston, I would have called them. I understand why Aston does not want to share the past owner on a used car, but any Aston dealer should be able to access the service records if an Aston dealer, and the previous owner would have had to have annual services to maintain the 3 year warranty, so I can't imagine it not being serviced by an Aston dealer. In the owners manual, at the end the dealer servicing the car should be entering the service performed - they hardly ever fill those pages out. I actually demand as part of the $$$$ service that they fill that out as a courtesy for the next owners, then it becomes a non-issue.

I purchased a 2016 GT from a dealer a few months ago and they were happy to provide me with the entire service history prior to my purchase, they just deleted the previous owner name and address. I view the the service records as part of the vehicle and they should always come with it. And warranty work is also tracked as part of the service record so worth asking for ALL service records.

The dealer also game me all the previous service records and just blanked the previous owners details.

Hello Dale,
A former Seattleite here... left after 15 years in 2015. How's the traffic these days?

I've had some back and forth with seller on service history - I suggested the owner's manual may have stamps in it but now they can't find it even though it's photographed with keys... They haven't been quick to bring much to the table, so I looked at Carfax to see where vehicle was first registered and proceeded to call the kind folks at Summit Aston NJ and inquire on history there. While they could see the umbrella was replaced at 15 miles (warranty? heh) and a leather repair on the dash in 2017 they couldn't tell me much more, but suggested I call Miller Motor Cars as that's where it was originally sold from and serviced. After they returned my call I found out it was individually owned, had seen all regular / warranty required visits, with the last one in late summer 2018 - sounded like this was the PPI when traded in. No issues...
Getting closer - transport to Denver tentatively scheduled for late next week.

My 2016 GT was missing the owners Manual as well, I made the dealer take it out of another Vantage. They are all the same manual as long as you get one for your year. If that is the only iteam you need to purchase, Than that is not bad. It is good that you were able to get some of the service records for you car.
Ron

Do you have a more specific address for the download? I just tried navigating through the site and didn't come up with much. Thanks!

Perform a search for Aston Martin Owner's manual at the Apple application store.

It’s in the Aston Martin app. Get it on your iPad, download the user manual into Books.
