I'm planning to this with coolant service. per one of forum members recommendation I just ordered this coolant from amazon. pretty good deal compare to stealership price.
I grabbed whichever coolant Google said works for our cars. It was the same color as factory, so I think my research was correct. LOL
AutoZone is two blocks from my house, so easy peasy.
I feel for anyone buying consumables from the dealership. That's nuts.

What kind of coolant you guys used?
I used the Delo XLC coolant as well. I had Motul on order, but ended up canceling after months of delays. Also, since it was unclear how much I would actually use, I contacted Chevron about XLC shelf life (yes, coolant does have an expiration date). They said it can be installed up to 8 years from its production date.
Regarding the coolant change, the drain on my 2009 V8V radiator is apparently different than others. It's still located at the bottom right (if you're under the car looking to the front), but its more of a petcock. To drain requires the valve be turned 90 degrees CCW then pulled outwards (towards the back of the car). It can then be turned CCW *slightly* more before stopping. It was not fully removed from the radiator. It took some digging to figure this out, thank god I didn't go all he-man on the valve and break it off!
As a related aside, I purchased the car just about a year ago with 10.8k miles. With assistance from the contributors on this site, Redpants, and Pistonheads, I've replaced the engine oil (10W60 Liqi Moly Race Tech GT1), transaxle fluid (Redline MT-LV), brake fluid (Ate Typ 200), converted the power steering fluid from ATF to Pentosin 11S, and last week the coolant with Delo XLC. Feels great to have a fresh baseline. Getting to know the car has been a nice bonus.
