AP Gone
When I had an absolute nightmare experience with Beverly Hills Aston Martin (after 35 years as an Aston owner and my 9th Aston Martin) - I made Palmer aware of the situation and he did nothing to rectify the situation in any way or form - I'm not impressed.
Reached out to AP by email 3 years ago re: an unresolved issue persisting over multiple dealership visits, that resulted in months of car downtime. The problem was resolved but I have no idea if he got involved as I never heard back from him. Nor did I ever receive an enquiry from the dealership or the factory as to whether the issue was resolved and whether I was satisfied. So from my perspective, poor communications and certainly no sign of the personal touch people are going on about.
