brush off the heavy stuff with a softish brush then blow out with compressed air . You can also use a pressure washer and a good detergent such a simple green or similar . Be careful with the pressure washer not to bend over all the fins . Don’t hit the coil with full pressure you will damage it if your not experienced at cleaning condenser coils .
