Awesome!! It wasn't the fuel pump driver, another 500 bites the dust. Emailed Mike at Bamford Rose and from what he said we have decided to go to the next easiest and cheapest thing, the fuel rail pressure sensor. Watch this space.....

Have you had P0087 code at all during all of this? Fuel pressure rail sensor should definitely be suspect, and make sure the vacuum supply lines are in top shape before replacing. It might just be one at fault. I would recommend to replace both of them.

Have you checked resistance on your driver modules you took it out? I had my friend checked them and they were different so we are thinking one of them is bad.

Well here it is for others who may need it

Well the fuel pressure sensor arrived, yet to get it fitted but I just googled Bosch 0261230093 and up popped a few sites with the part for around 41USD plus freight, the exact same part, not even a generic replacement!! I paid 270 AUD from Scuderia Not Scuderias fault just another AM rip off, AM must love us owners of older AMs🤬

Hi guys
So far so good, but I've had this before where the problem just randomly goes away for a while. I've driven the car about half a dozen times so far and all good at the moment, but I'm not holding my breath.

Trevor, tried to PM you but you can't get PM's? I'm in Perth as well and was curious as to who is looking after your car?
