Let me start by saying I have seen and taken note of the many Vantage jacking videos and advice. I am using a low profile floor jack on my '14 roadster, a model which has the problematic side sill coverage of the often used mid-rail jacking spot. So my question is can I effectively change my oil & filter if I am constrained to only using the front jack points (with stands of course). The rear jack points do not accommodate jacking and lowering onto stands, hence my dilemma. And, yes, I am eagerly awaiting an HSM "roadster ready" jacking bar solution!

Race ramps would solve the problem alot easier than stands. Or step up to a quick jack.

 

An update on this. I looked into race ramps but I want to be able to remove the wheels and also raise the rear. QuickJack is great but I'm working in a carport and prefer a "low tech" solution. So I bought the JackPoint stands (yes not cheap) and HSM roadster pads. Used this along with rear chocks to easily change oil and poke around underneath. Surprising amount of working height and definitely rock solid and maintenance free (other than jack oil).
