It didn't take long for Florida heat to let the leather on the dashboard in the usual place start to come up. Same thing on an edge of the binnacle cover. What adhesive does anyone recommend to re-glue that leather? I figured I'm going to do the cabin air filters and while I am in there install the glass glovebox switch and fix that leather problem. Any suggestions? Heat seems to be the biggest problem for the glue currently on there.

 

DAP Contact Cement for Landau Tops is what I’ve used for adhering leather wrapping on some custom cars I’ve done and it’s held up very well. Careful, it’s toxic stuff!

It is specifically heat resistant (“HHR”).
