I am new to this forum and look forward to joining conversations etc.

I have recently got a problem with my AM Vantage Roadster N420, 2011: The passenger seat backrest is loose. It folds freely even without pushing the release button (which itself works perfectly fine. One can hear a sound when pushing it.) and the button to adjust the seat has no effect (also this button and the motor work fine).
What might be the problem, do you think? How is the backrest connected to the adjustment motor and to the release device?
