Can’t believe the low inventory…
I snagged my '10 Sportshift in Scottsdale back in March. I had running searches for a bout 7 months prior, and 4 popped up in that area over a weekend. I was on a plane that next weekend....one sold while I was in the air, another was headed to be serviced, and I pulled the trigger on the third. My indy says I scored big time, and judging by this thread, I absolutely consider myself lucky...
ITS ABOUT TIME OLD GEN ASTONS ARE GETTING THE LOVE THEY DESERVE.... I SAW V12 VANTAGE STICK SOLD TODAY ON BAT FOR 142K+
I'm so glad I didn't sell my 2013 6 speed manual V8. I came really close to pull the trigger couple of years ago in couple of occasions ( I'd be %#(#@&*)*^# now If I did that. And to be fair, offer I received was really good one, just north of 80k $$$$$) I just can't find anything better looking & elegant to compare any new cars out there. most important part is that I still stare every time. No bad mouthing all the P-car owners or others, but I'm so happy I kept my car. Now I think I'll keep it forever and thinking about adding V12 DB9, Vanquish or Virage....

Yeah totally. Seems like the dealer put in a lot of work to refurbish what needed attention, and now wants top dollar back.

It was all fun and I thought advertising doesn't mean it sells till I learned that a 07 4.3l SportShift with 87k mls sold.
It was advertised for $65k.

I actually purchased about 6 weeks ago a 2009 Silver with sandstorm Tan interior 55K mile Sportshift V8 Vantage from San Diego AM - for just $40K. I was waiting for them to replace a pulley, when they discovered there was a problem internally with the engine and they 'undid' the sale and refunded my money. Since then I've been looking. I've noticed a lot of 'worn' Vantages going for stupid high prices, and some that are really good deals which I was too slow to act on, mostly in the 60K range. I've also noticed quite a few are advertising lowered prices - much lower and I'm working a low mile 2011 with Sport package that just came down $10K, should have the papers signed tomorrow. Not the perfect colors and options I'd have chosen, but extremely clan and everything works. Some are modified and for some reason think that should bring a premium, but most are overdone and likely worth a lot less. A lot of sale by owners without interior pictures, especially the seats that can have awful wear. A few you can actually see the condensation in the tail lights!
And just like that, 4 used AM’s hit the lot at the AM Dealership in Scottsdale. https://www.astonmartinscottsdale.co...on-martin.aspx

We just had a High St. CC last WE and there were several that showed up. I was photoing other cars, but know I saw a black and an orange one.

If your looking and are on the west coast you should try Aston Martin of Newport Beach. They usually have a great selection of new and used. You may have to call for the complete list of used cars. Also they do a great job of getting more exotic colors.
