It's sad to hear; we mourn your loss. I hope the impending fight with your insurance company yields a decent result. As for other options, I'm not a fan of the Maserati GT. Coming out of a DB9, you're going to sit in it and instantly feel disappointed. If your budget has wiggle room, you might want to look at a Lexus LC500 (don't laugh, just drive one), maybe an SL63 AMG. For pure driving: Lotus Evora. The first gen Ferrari California is very "meh", even after the 2012 refresh, but the Cali T is a significant improvement. Hard to find a good one under 130k, though.

But, to be perfectly honest, if it was my car I'd do everything I could to get another Aston.

My options are really only the 911c a Bentley gt, AM or California…not sure what other real sport car options are out there for me.
Evora has a more usable back seat than a California, 911, or DB9. It may also be the most thrilling to drive; especially the S and 400 variants.

I have a nice first year DB9 with about 17k miles AND A 6 SPEED MANUAL. Upgraded stereo that rivals the newer Bose, etc. It's tungsten/iron ore red. I'm about at that age that it might be time to let her go......Car is nicely sorted and everything works. PM me if interested

If you can deal with a hatchback / shooting brake, the Ferrari FF is a great choice. Prices have bottomed out, but have been on the rise again recently.
