My original battery last 9 years, it was never on a charger. I wouldn't expect anything less than 5 years on any battery that costs $500.

 

I have a 2019 DBS and decided to check my owner's manual regarding battery coverage...just to be sure.
Only batteries listed as not being covered are listed in my manual under warranty section 4.6 'Wear and Tear', b) Other items...Remote transmitter batteries
You might check your manual, being a 2019 I'm sure the warranty is the same.
Your dealer is wrong...replacement at no charge is required is covered.

Hmm, interesting. So here is what the advisor sent me regarding this.

Unfortunately batteries are considered a maintenance item unless a component failure if found and the battery was consequential damage. I looked in the warranty Policy and procedures and it does state that the only time a battery can be replaced under warranty.


The advisor said that came directly from Aston Martin. I will go back and check my manual tonight and look for that but I am guessing that means it is not covered

 

Please check your owner"s manual and don't forget to quote it, chapter and verse, in your response.

I had an issue with my car, fixed under warranty, and the dealer said it would be $500 to flatbed my car back to my home (about 135 miles).
I told him to look at the warranty where it says that the dealer will "re-unite vehicle with owner"...car was delivered back...no charge.
