Post 2019 Aston Martin Vantage Questions

Hello there,

I am about to purchase my first 2019 Aston martin vantage with over 12K miles on it , I am trading in my Corvette Grand Sport this week.

Engine: V8
Transmission: ZF 8-Speed Automatic
Drive Train: RWD

I have some initial questions:
  • Is there a maintenance schedule pdf somewhere?
  • Does the clutch need to be replaced every 35K miles or something?
  • Is anything I should look at or ask before I purchase the vehicle other than car history maintenance, etc?
  • which warranty did u choose, having a hard time finding one, none wants to accept a AM
  • Is 118,500 a good asking price, I live in Florida. Thanks

Are you buying the manual AMR version? Just to the dealer once a year or every 7k; which ever comes first for an annual inspection/service. Owners manual has the service schedule. Should just be oil change and brake fluid annually, with filters every 2-3 years depending which filter. Other fluids are like on the 5th year...

thank you @brightoncorgi this is what it says for mechanical information:

Engine: V8
Transmission: ZF 8-Speed Automatic
Drive Train: RWD

so I guess no clutch is needed?

Not really any different than many cars beyond doing the brake fluid every year.

So, it probably was an Enterprise rental car thats now for sale with 12k miles... or a few owners.. is the drivers seat worn any?. have you looked at the carfax?

two, 2019's dont have a clutch... its a sealed transmission..

$118K isnt bad... $115k is better for FL... does it have black trim or graphite?

Call an Aston Martin dealer and use the VIN to inquire about 1) is the Mfr. Warranty still in effect 2) how much for an extended service contract.
