Radiator Drain Plug Source?

The drain plug on my radiator is getting kind of beaten up. It's plastic and the grooves for unscrewing them is looking ratty. I'd like to replace it next time I do the flush, which is now 5 year away. Does anyone have experience with finding a replacement?

Jaguar XK8 radiator. 97-03. Although I believe a Ford may be the same from that era.

dorman-radiator-drain-plug-61138 looks identical and can be found at any local parts place. It's the rubber seal I would worry about splitting due to age.
