Are headlights manually adjusted or is software required. Instructions appear to require headlight removal before bumper. Directions say to reverse instructions to install bumper. Did you in fact install and adjust headlights prior to placing new bumper cover in position?

No software required. When you hang your new bumper, you have to align the fwd/aft and high/low of the headlamps and how they sit even and flush when you close the hood. If you tighten the bumper down and then hang your lights, if the headlamp isnt centered like OEM, it will either stick too far out or you will see those gaps around the headlamp. The headlamps have these double stud adjuster that if you're not paying attention, you will srew them out too far tilting the headlamp downward.
you want to make sure your lamps have even gaps all the way around and doesn't stick out too far. Flush with the hood and bumper.

Hope this helps! Make sure when you move the parking sensors over they click in place.

FYI.. If you have to paint your new bumper, AM uses white primer on this Vantage. Anything darker than light grey primer will throw your color matchng off.
good to know. we are having a difficult time finding the ppg color with a good match rating. PPG rates how likely your match is to turn out and on stratus white is is a bit off more than my paint guy likes to see. did not mean to take this too far down a rabbit hole in the forum but will stop here. alibaba my friend. Just bought exact copy of f1 edition carhon wing for usd 1800. Come to think of it, dont wanna install cheap am product tbh.
also, i recommend buying the copy of f1 edition wing cuz other am products are quite short in terms of length. F1 edition is 161cm long
