Help needed: Replacing driver side window

Hello,
I'm trying to replace the driver side window, Aston Martin Vantage Roadster 2008, it has a big scratch.

I remove the door panel, and I am pretty sure that I have to loosen the 2 screws (TX20) through the holes in the door.
I removed screw 1, and I manged to grab the screw before it felt into the door.

But I can't see how I should do that for screw 2? Is there a trick or am I doing something wrong?

That's what I tried right now. And of course the screw fell into the door.

But I had a strong magnet and was able to get it back.

So there was no trick, the window is in and working again.
