18+ Vantage phone holder options

Hello! Coming from the Porsche platform, it was nice having so many folks that had/have better ideas than I do . . . For my 991, I used a Blendmount for my dashcam (I'm falling back to using sticky tape) and used a ProClip for a MagSafe phone holder, I have been scouring the forums (this one and . . . Aston-Life) with little luck. I have been dropping my phone in the door pocket and/or cupholder and trying to figure out what will work best in the "new" Vantage. If you have a slick idea, would you mind sharing? Thanks! KH

61mga is infamous around these parts
on my 2007 8v8 vantage there is a stretchy net on the frontside of both seat bottoms, it's not visible and easy to forget that they are there, but a good place to hold a phone and convenient. don't know if the newer models have them or not....not that i use them mind you. rather, i use a magnetic dash mount anchored in the CD player slot.... don't imagine the newer model have those either.

Thank you for your input
I don't really love the vent holders (since I like as much cool air as possible), the 18+ vents are a bit awkward (slanted), look cool, but might have a weird phone angle . . . Also, no CD opening either, that would have been an ideal option as that is certainly a function I would never use! HA

try the 3M taped magnetic mount options, you just need a flat enough surface to put it on

Here's an option: Keep your phone in your pocket with wireless carplay, available here, or there are DIY options elsewhere in the forum. Sadly, Aston Installations only has a wired option for those who don't partake in Cupertino's cult. I don't have it on my Vantage yet, but I do have full Android wireless on my other car and it it's worth every penny to have proper sound and full-size Waze cop alerts. Any decent installer can hardwire a dashcam as part of the job. For those of us with old Astons, the above vendor also just introduced a decent (but not great) upgrade for the low-res nav screen that Aston must have borrowed from 1980s arcade machine.

Some of my favorite games are from the 80s arcade genre . . . Thanks for the suggestion. I will update the crew with what I finally go with, Happy Thanksgiving! KH
