BC Racing Coilovers for Vantage

I recently picked up a '16 Vantage GT Coupe and am wanting to lower it, among other things. Unfortunately, it looks like the Velocity AP lowering springs are going to be on backorder for a while. I've read that some people have been dissatisfied with the H&R lowering springs.

The GT came with the sports suspension, which as I understand it, come with Bilsteins. The ride quality is stiff but I don't mind (my wife does though). I'm considering the BC coilovers for the adjustability and possible improvement in ride quality. Has anyone tried the BC Coilovers on a Vantage? I use the car as a semi-daily driver but would love to track it someday. Thanks in advance for any information/opinions.

Look at Nitrons. Very high quality shocks.

plenty of folks have run BC coilovers on the V8 Vantage including myself. I would recommend you opt for the swift springs with custom spring rates tailored to your desired use case. It will take some fine tuning as well so don't expect everything to be perfect straight out of the box.

Otherwise, opt for the KW V3s if you're willing and able to spend the coin.

Thank you for the responses. Are the coilover systems that much better over the stock suspension on a sports suspension? I'm wondering if I actually need it for my purposes.

Also, if anyone has a set of the Velocity AP lowering springs for a V8V they want to get rid of, let me know.
