V8 Vantage BC Coilovers

Hi. I was looking at getting the bc ds series for my vantage & need help with choosing spring rates. There’s a lot of options. Want something a little harder than stock but wont be ridiculously uncomfortable. Don’t mind a sporty feel though!

I have swift springs with mine I'm very pleased because you also can adjust the damper so perfect combo for me..

Making the assumption here that a thread I did on an alternative forum about spring rates is allowable here, mods please delete if I am unknowingly breaking the rules.........

Suspension calculations.

I don`t know I just ordered the set and installed it.
BC did the preset on the tension, And I only adjusted the levels and then the hardness!!

I have a set with the swift spring option I installed a few months ago. I was told the swift springs are more compliant and less harsh than the regular springs. I only had my car on original springs/shocks for about 1000 miles but the difference was very noticeable. The original suspension was way crashier than the coil overs. My wife now loves the ride. I use them closest to the softer side and it’s great for daily driving. Plus I can adjust the height which is the main reason I bought them. Overall very pleased with the upgrade.
