Worth it? If yes where do you notice the difference? Also thoughts on Velocity X pipe? Does the exhaust can get louder?

Tune I’m sure will make a difference. X pipe id only do in conjunction with secondary decats (or headers and high flow secondaries). The x pipe will quiet it down some and also make the exhaust note higher pitched.
If you’re not doing headers I’d do the tune + secondary decats.
