FYI. My v8 vantage was missing one of the vertical pieces of the front grill. Dealership said Aston Martin doesn’t offer parts for the grill. You would have to order the whole grill. I came across a seller on eBay that fabricates replacement vertical parts for the grill. Comes from Uk so takes a bit to arrive to the USA. I just received it and installed. You wouldn’t know it was an aftermarket part as you can barely see it behind the metal horizontal slats. I have no affiliation with the seller. Just trying to help others out as I have been combing the internet for this part since I bought the car last May.

If you weren’t promoting your product why were members asking you if you were selling them? I am only asking you to be considerate of the paying vendors who make this forum free for everyone. I’m not going to do anything to your account. Your profile provides you with the tools you need. BTW, asking you not to use the forum for business purposes is not censorship in any way. You agreed to not do that in your terms of service agreement. I did not edit or delete your posts, in fact the only edit I did was to deactivate the active link to eBay posted by the OP as you suggested. I left the link info there in case any interested member cared to copy and paste the link and check it out. I’m sorry you took offense to this respectful request perhaps I should have done it privately.

I don't think he did anything wrong as he never said that he was selling them or someone else selling them, he just said that he was talking to someone that I guess isn't a sponsor here at least from what I had red but now it is all gone. Sometimes people make 3d files available for other to print for free, that's what I was asking him if he made the file available. Sorry about causing trouble here and now I can't find his avatar anywhere on this forum and he was a great source of information over the years.

 

Yes, sorry but the member requested that all his threads and posts be removed and his account deleted. No amount of discussion could convince him otherwise. When members start asking other members (non sponsors) if they are selling a product they should do it privately not in open forum. When it is done in open forum we have to get involved. The part I got from eBay seems to be injection molded plastic. I’m not certain but it doesn’t seem like a 3 d printed part based on whatI have seen.
