Denison audio gateway and Aston CD interface
Is anyone on here running a denison gateway audio device to connect an ipod to a 2007 ish Aston?
My car had that installed when I got it and the instructions imply that you change to disk 6 and then select a track to determine source input by holding down the fast forward button.
The AM stereo interface does not have a fast forward button, and pressing track up down \ holding track up down does not change the input source.
I would like to get this to work so I can select music from the ipod rather than through the CD changer interface, supposedly this is track 3.
Thanks!

Oddly enough I just installed one on my 2007 DB9 about a month ago (and I don't know how I lived without it!) On mine, if it's in gateway mode it auto loads Ipod / Iphone when connected and it's selected on 'Disk 3' Disk 5 is the line in, and Disk 6 is the USB if attached. If I disconnect the Ipod, it changes itself back to 'Disc 5'.
I don't know if it's just mine, or if its how they work but all lines seem to play all of the inputs. IE, If I have a line in playing (on 5), all disc 3, 5 and 6 still play. They end up playing together... I found that out the hard way trying to run a Android auto box to the factory screen. I got major feedback on the line in when playing they Ipod.

The iPod I got came from ebay, and it came with a set of cables which have RCA outputs and a usb cable into the Apple connector. If I use this cable to plug the ipod into the aux input then I can pick music from the ipod interface but for some reason the ipod wont start playing unless I also connect the usb portion of the cable to power. When I do this it does feedback into the audio system...
