As far as 'surging sales' as usual to maintain the dealership status the dealers are forced to order an absurd number of vehicles to have on their showroom floors, not necessarily orders to end customers. A practice by Andy Palmer before they went public to inflate 'sales' numbers and unfair to the dealers.

I remember, I was 25, dad was in the hospital with terminal cancer. My brothers & I were with him in the final days... He said "Boy's, I think I see the light at the end of the tunnel"... Was a pragmatic guy, but we were slightly hopeful... That's when he said "It's a train coming right at me"... Damn... We were stunned. Didn't know what to say....

BTW anyone notice AM has new carbon sports seat and wing delete option on the vantage F1...looks good but why does AM continue to nickel/dime each model year with one off changes...
I've only seen one DBX in Minneapolis, but I think the dealer has sold a few. When I was in Naples, Florida I saw DBX's (and new Vantages) everywhere. No DB11's. Not too many New Vantages here in Minneapolis, but many older Vantages
