Anyone know where in Pennsylvania I can have my 2016 V8 Vantage state inspected?

 

Not sure I understand the question, any inspection spot can inspect any car. There are thousands of them including all dealers.

 

I know that but I don't want to take it to some hack at Pep Boys and screwing it up.

I'm also in PA. I take our cars, including the exotics, to a small local garage who is passionate about his business. He knows to be especially careful. So it's worth finding a good small garage and it may not be possible to tell by the cars outside. Maybe have them do something small on one of your other cars and then gauge the shop based on that.

I spoke to the folks at Steel Wings but they do not do state inspections directly. They farm it out by physically driving it to one shop for emissions and another for the rest. I made an appointment with Mclaren of Philadelphia figuring they have experience with not bashing front splitters or putting palm dents in the hood since everything they sell is exotic.

 

I have been very happy with Steel Wings, and they do all my maintenance. If you visit their shop, you will see everything from DB2 and up. They also have AMDS so can do just about everything. I really recommend them.

 

They seem like a good bunch and I will most likely use them for regular maintenance.
