Resetting "Time for Regular Service Message" on a 2016 Vantage

According to the "sticky" at the top of the forum, the "hold the T buttons" reset procedure does not work on a 2016 Vantage, and must be re-set by the dealer.

Is this still the consensus for this year Vantage?

It works for all. Make sure doors are closed. Key position 1, then press T1/2 and hold.... then slide the key to position 2 flush with panel, after 5-7 seconds the amber triangle must flash. Release after second flash. Keep trying and be patient.

Just wanted to follow up and post that this technique absolutely works on a 2016 Vantage.

Manged to get it to re-set on the first try.

Thanks again J doubleU!

You have earned the 5 stars!

I saw that message come up a couple of days ago. One day before its annual service! What timing.
