Hi everybody. I need to get a cooling fan, the one that cools the radiator, for my 2007 Vantage 4.3 L. is there any method to cross reference the part number and perhaps get this same Part from the Ford or Volvo parts bin so I don’t have to sell an appendage? Or maybe it’s just the coolant fan module? The fan stopped working but then it jumped back up when I tapped on it with some “percussive maintenance“. Now it’s working again but I’m not holding my breath. Thanks!

 

The fan shroud, fans and controller are Jaguar parts. If you remove the upper cover plates, you'll see the Jaguar logo. My controller went out too. I could buy the whole Jaguar assembly (shroud, fans and controller) for the same price as the Aston controller only.

It’s likely to be the fan controller. I managed to source a part off eBay off an old Jaguar X-Type which worked a treat - was only Ł20 or so!

If it is the whole fan set up you’re after, the part number is identical to that of a Jaguar XK8.
