My passenger seat is completely in the back position and I have no more batterie… I tried with the manual strap but it is blocked as well (works perfectly well on the other seat) is there any other way ro acces the batterie to be able to fill it up again ? Thanks for your help

 

Get one of the battery tenders that utilizes the cigarette outlet. Energize the electrical bus enough to move the seat.

Invest in a real battery charger and charge ot from the under hood jump terminal + and the engine block as a ground point.

But I can not open the trunk 😔(maybe my english is not good enough to understand properly but the trunk is in the back and the ´hood’ in the front is that correct ?) to open the trunk I need electricity

 

I believe the front (hood) release does not require electrical power in the footwell. As noted above there is a jump starting positive terminal under there covered in a red cover. Connect a charger or jump starter there and to a frame ground and everything should spring to life.

Once the car has full charge in the battery test it or get it tested for internal resistance. If it is anything less than perfect, change the battery. All modern high end cars including AM thrash the battery very hard. If the battery is weak, all sort of random odd things will happen that appear to be potentially serious electrical failures, but are just a weak battery.

finally get a good battery float or tender with the cigarette lighter adaptor and keep the car fully charged using the trunk port at all times when not being driven. This solves many problems later.
