Ok,

I realized that the glovebox latch is missing a screw, and I have really got no problem buying a new latch but it isn't clear if the screws are included. My question is which screw is this (name/size/etc) in this parts diagram. Is that screw the same as the question mark? I freely admit to being absolutely terrible at identifying hardware sizes, threads, etc.

Based on this diagram, I would say yes:

I would say don't bother. Meaning the mounting has most likely broken from the one screw. If the others follow suit it's a complete assembly. If you are daring to remove the others to inspect, be gentle on the refit of the fixings.
